Visiting DOPPSTADT at IFAT 2026
FROM PURPOSE TO BRAND.
Many companies invest in a new brand identity. They modernise their visual appearance, redesign their website and develop a new claim. But none of this creates real transformation on its own.
Successful transformation does not begin with design. It begins with clarity.
Only when a company's strategic direction is translated into clear decision-making principles and a shared way of thinking and acting does the day-to-day behaviour of leaders and employees begin to change.
That is exactly what I discuss during my visit to IFAT, using Doppstadt as an example: why a visual rebrand is always just the visible outcome—and why lasting transformation begins where strategy is translated into shared action.
