TASK

The EUROLUX brand offers first-class quality cookware and fryware - made in Germany. The entire product range is hand-cast using a process that has been perfected over the years and is made of aluminum. It is suitable for induction, gas, electric and glass ceramic hobs. Many well-known cookware brands rely on the high quality and have been selling Eurolux products with great success for years.

It is time to take the next step and position the EUROLUX brand strongly in the market. To this end, two coordinated workshops were held to unlock the brand's full potential. The first meeting served to jointly formulate the vision of the management team and define the future desired position of the brand. With the impressive results, the first concrete brand scenarios were presented at the second meeting, which will be refined as the project progresses.
